Sales Specialist

Job Description

  1. Assist the DOSMr in formulating sales plans and strategies for various hotel projects, including target customer positioning, pricing recommendations, and promotion plans. Meanwhile, track the progress of plan implementation, regularly collect sales data of each project, and form analysis reports to support the Director’s decision-making.
  2. Cooperate with the Director to connect with key clients, and participate in client visits, demand communication, and contract negotiations. In addition, coordinate to solve clients’ problems during cooperation to ensure client satisfaction.
  3. Act as an intermediary coordinator to link the sales team with the operation, finance and other departments of each hotel project. Convey sales demands, synchronize project progress, and ensure that sales activities can obtain the cooperation and support of all departments.
  4. Be responsible for organizing and updating the sales materials of each hotel project, such as brochures, price lists and case materials. At the same time, manage sales data, including client information, order records and performance statistics, to ensure the accuracy and security of the data.
  5. Need to clearly communicate with the Director, hotel project parties and clients, and transmit information efficiently.
  6. Be able to analyze sales data, identify problems or opportunities in project sales, and provide effective references for decision-making.
  7. Implement the tasks assigned by the Director, and reasonably allocate time when multiple hotel projects are running in parallel to ensure that work is completed on schedule.

Job Qualifications

  1. Aged 20-30, in good health, with a bachelor’s degree or above, and a good image and temperament;
  2. Familiar with hotel management-related knowledge;
  3. Possess strong adaptability in handling customers’ emergency incidents and good communication skills with customers;
  4. Have excellent communication skills;
  5. Proficient in the operation of office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  6. Full of enthusiasm for work and in a vibrant mental state.
