Job responsibilities:
1. Carry out the instructions of the deputy general manager of the hotel, and be responsible for the deputy general manager of the hotel;
2. Formulated the annual work plan of the engineering department and submitted it to the deputy general manager for approval before implementation;
3. Participated in the formulation and negotiation of new and major projects, reviewed and accepted various projects, and ensured the quality and cost to reach the predetermined target requirements;
4. Supervised department managers and professional engineers to complete monthly work plans or special engineering plans, directly directed and participated in major engineering and maintenance tasks and technical transformation tasks;
5. Responsible for reviewing various rules and regulations of the department, reviewing operating procedures and safety procedures, and supervising the implementation of employees;
6. Trained subordinates, regularly evaluated the performance of subordinates, and reviewed the plans of rewards and punishments.
Qualifications:
1. Basic quality: I have rich professional knowledge of project management, strong sense of responsibility and strong organizational management ability;
2. Male, over 40 years old, healthy;
3. Bachelor degree or above in engineering or equivalent, with professional training in hotel management and senior engineer title;
4. Worked as the engineering director for two years or deputy director for more than three years in a star hotel, with more than five years of engineering management experience;
5. Have a clear understanding of the operation rules and methods of modern hotels, and have a comprehensive understanding of the hotel’s professional knowledge in electricity, air conditioning, fire fighting, communication, water supply and drainage, etc.
