Lobby manager

Job responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for reception and management of hotel front office, familiar with functions of front office service facilities;
  2. Responsible for hotel restaurant management, ensuring the implementation and maintenance of standards and procedures;
  3. Carried out work plans of relevant departments and completed work reports;
  4. Understand the market of hotel industry and have basic knowledge of revenue management to maximize the revenue of rooms and restaurants;
  5. Supervised subordinates, assigned work tasks, clarified post responsibilities, and adjusted work deployment at any time;
  6. Maintain good relationship with guests and handle guest complaints independently and effectively;
  7. Assisted the hotel management to deal with emergencies.

Qualifications:

  1. Work experience in the same position in a star hotel or above, front office experience in a well-known chain hotel is preferred;
  2. Familiar with the operation and management of the hotel restaurant, with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to prepare for further personal improvement;
  3. Have strong coordination and management ability and certain sales ability;
  4. Fully grasp the basic financial knowledge of the front desk cashier, and be able to deal with the financial problems involved in the daily service.
