Front office operations manager

Job responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the operation and management of the front desk, ensuring the service quality of reception, inquiry and other service items, and ensuring the smooth progress of various work of the front desk;
  2. Supervise the business operation of reception and information desk according to business requirements and working procedures;
  3. Responsible for the ideological work of subordinates, mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, and complete all work arrangements with high efficiency and quality;
  4. Responsible for scheduling, attendance, bonus evaluation and approval of temporary leave within one day;
  5. Check the appearance and work progress of employees, supervise employees to act according to the rules and give rewards and punishments according to their performance;
  6. Master guest information and reservation information, make guest information registration, supervise and check the accuracy of information input by computer input personnel;
  7. Make training plans, conduct regular business training and assessment for the staff, and continuously improve the staff’s business level and services.

Qualifications:

  1. Quick thinking and cooperative spirit;
  2. Familiar with the work procedures and standards of the department;
  3. Have a certain knowledge of computer software, skilled in typing;
  4. Responsible for scheduling, attendance, bonus evaluation and approval of temporary leave within one day;
  5. Good oral English, college degree;
  6. Three years of reception experience in front office of star hotel.
