Job Description
- Be responsible for registering and guiding visitors, notifying the visited personnel in a timely manner, and providing basic services such as tea and water for visitors to ensure the reception process is standardized and polite.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the front desk and reception area, manage the placement of the company’s promotional materials, and ensure the visual image of the office environment complies with the company’s standards.
- Undertake the daily operation of the company’s gate access control system, verify the identity of external personnel, prevent irrelevant personnel from entering the office area, and ensure the company’s security.
- Be in charge of receiving, dispatching and registering the company’s couriers and letters, manage the inventory of commonly used office supplies, and apply for replenishment in a timely manner.
- Assist in booking the company’s meeting rooms, prepare the equipment and materials required for meetings, and help organize the meeting venue after meetings.
- Provide basic administrative support for company employees, such as assisting in printing and copying documents, coordinating the maintenance of office equipment, and conveying company notifications.
- Receive documents or materials sent by the company’s affiliated hotel projects, register them, and then transfer them to the corresponding departments of the company.
- Assist in transmitting the company’s administrative notifications to projects to ensure the smooth flow of information.
- Aged 20-30, in good health, with a bachelor’s degree or above, and a good image and temperament;
- Familiar with hotel management-related knowledge;
- Possess strong adaptability in handling customers’ emergency incidents and good communication skills with customers;
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Proficient in the operation of office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Full of enthusiasm for work and in a vibrant mental state.
