Job Description

  1. Design daily promotional materials (including brochures, posters, etc. for each brand) in accordance with the brand’s VI (Visual Identity) specifications. Meanwhile, be responsible for designing images for the company’s official website and social media accounts (such as WeChat Official Accounts and Xiaohongshu), ensuring a consistent visual style.
  2. Cooperate with the marketing communications and sales departments to meet their event needs by designing event-related visual materials—such as live-streaming backgrounds, event invitations, on-site layout design drawings, and long images for event reviews—to support the creation of event atmosphere and content dissemination.
  3. Create lightweight digital visual content, including short video covers, GIFs, and H5 page designs, to meet the demand for dynamic visuals in online communication. Assist in processing real-scene photos of hotel projects (e.g., color grading and retouching) to optimize their visual presentation.
  4. Establish and manage the company’s visual asset library, categorizing and organizing design source files, final images, and real-scene photos of hotels to ensure efficient access to assets. Additionally, regularly inspect visual materials across all channels, update outdated content in a timely manner, and maintain the consistency of the brand’s visual identity.

Job Qualifications

  1. Aged 20-30, in good health, with a bachelor’s degree or above, and a good image and temperament;
  2. Familiar with hotel management-related knowledge;
  3. Possess strong adaptability in handling customers’ emergency incidents and good communication skills with customers;
  4. Have excellent communication skills;
  5. Proficient in the operation of office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  6. Full of enthusiasm for work and in a vibrant mental state.
