MBA of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.  A senior hotel executive with experience of 30  years, and recognized for a strong track record  of success in China. Experienced in strategic  development & project implementation in multi-brand settings. Highly self-driven,  passionate and set high standards to ensure  execution and level of prescribed quality.

Our History

2012 — Establishment of BTL Group with offices in Beijing and Shanghai as the general agent of the luxury HÔTELS & PRÉFÉRENCE for Asia.
2013 — Introduced Sabre Reservation System affiliation to boutique hotels in China.
2014 — Developed and commenced management of the first Chinese managed hotel in Tbilisi, and successfully held the “Belt and Road” Summit.
2015 — Rebranded Kempinski Yixing to Hotel PRÉFÉRENCE.
2016 — The first Chinese luxury hotel, WEI Retreat opened in Tianmu Lake.
2016 – BTL established a funky fashion brand: “ DU House”.Start of a cooperation agreement with Rainbow Fish Rehabilitation & Nursing Care Center, injecting hospitality service into high-end wellness treatment .
2017 — The first YU Boutique Hotel opened in Nanchang.Opened the first WEI Academy in Sanya with the aim to improve the hospitality industry education based on Chinese culture.
2018 — WEI Academy developed in Linyi and Shanghai.H18, the high end time share club house, opened in Shanghai.
2019 — Refurbished DU House as mock-up hotel in Shanghai.Start of  agreement with Fauchon Hospitality as the general agent for China.Took over WE Hotel Toya in Hokkaido, venturing into Japan.
