Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for reception and management of hotel front office, familiar with functions of front office service facilities;
- Responsible for hotel restaurant management, ensuring the implementation and maintenance of standards and procedures;
- Carried out work plans of relevant departments and completed work reports;
- Understand the market of hotel industry and have basic knowledge of revenue management to maximize the revenue of rooms and restaurants;
- Supervised subordinates, assigned work tasks, clarified post responsibilities, and adjusted work deployment at any time;
- Maintain good relationship with guests and handle guest complaints independently and effectively;
- Assisted the hotel management to deal with emergencies.
Qualifications:
- Work experience in the same position in a star hotel or above, front office experience in a well-known chain hotel is preferred;
- Familiar with the operation and management of the hotel restaurant, with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to prepare for further personal improvement;
- Have strong coordination and management ability and certain sales ability;
- Fully grasp the basic financial knowledge of the front desk cashier, and be able to deal with the financial problems involved in the daily service.
